I just wanted to comment on the performance of the site manager. He has been instrumental in helping the unit meet its mission requirements. He is a consummate professional and excellent personnel manager who is always ready to contribute valuable input into mission support planning.
He has proven to be a true asset ... he has gone above and beyond expectations and routinely takes initiative to elevate the learning environment in his classroom. He is meticulous in ensuring he understands the material before instructing it to the class. His unique military experiences both operational and homeland security provides … a plethora of knowledge of how the US Military accomplished such broad missions across the world and he in the US. He is always available to support the International Military Student Office events and Field Study Programs that enrich international student's cultural understanding of America. Previous students are already stating that the prep course has greatly assisted them in developing the tools needed to competitively compete in MCCC for the commandant's list.
The trainer is doing a great job and has demonstrated he can be trusted to accomplish all tasks with little to no supervision. He has the course in complete control and delegates necessary tasks. His experience in Fire Support tasks and logistical planning has proved invaluable.
