The Global War on Terror has caused our Army to rely on contractors to perform a growing number Operational Support missions that prior to 9/11 where performed by soldiers.  TechWise uses highly skilled retired and former soldiers and NCOs to augment or enhance DoD agencies and military units and organizations.

TechWise operates a fleet of military vehicles in direct support of training and operational requirements at Fort Eustis, VA and surrounding areas.  Our vehicle operators and management staff not only meet all traditional military operator requirements, they also meet all Federal DOT (Department of Transportation) requirements for commercial truck enterprises, to include having Commercial Driver Licenses (CDLs) to operate the full range of military and commercial trucking vehicles.

As with our skilled cadre who provide direct training and exercise support (see the section “Military Training and Exercise Support” ), our operational support services teams also provide role playing and instructional support as needed to assist their military clients.

As experts in their areas of operational support, our teams also assist Army Battle Labs in experimentation on the vehicles and equipment they routinely support.
