Job Title:  Enterprise Architecture Analyst
Location: Ft Benning, GA
FLSA Status: Exempt/Full Time

Job Summary:
TechWise is looking for an expert level architect team leader to produce architecture products IAW the DoD Architecture Framework supporting the US Army TRADOC's Architecture, Integration and Management Directorate (AIMD). The ideal candidate will be able to understand and have the ability to decompose Joint/Army war fighting concepts and capabilities to task/activity level of detail and derive associated information exchange requirements using object oriented modeling techniques. This includes the necessity to describe critical operational activity sequence and timing to support war fighting functions. Review products, conduct mission and gap analysis, and propose solutions that inform decision making to support Army institutional processes. Participate in discussion/working groups/conferences with external organizations. Maintain currency on Joint, Army and TRADOC concepts, doctrine, regulations, directives and procedures.

Knowledge, Skills and Requirements:
Requirements:   Architect with more than five years of architecture experience and knowledge of the enterprise architecture core processes and lines of business. Successfully completed/mastered one or more architecture processes. Experience planning, coordinating, and executing major architecture projects. Ability to lead multiple teams to accomplish major projects. Possess high level coordination and collaboration skills. Ability to provide QA/QC and communicate complex architecture analysis. SECRET clearance. Four year degree: BS Information Management, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related field preferred.

Desired:  Army, DoD experience in acquisition and capability development.  Experience interfacing and collaborating with U.S. Army TRADOC Centers of Excellence. Knowledge of Infantry organizations, personnel, equipment, and operating concepts desired. Ability to teach and mentor object oriented and/or structured analysis. Experience leading studies, planning, and analysis for senior executive levels. Completed formal architecture training/certification in one or more architecture processes, techniques or tools. Demonstrated vision, experience and academic qualifications to use architecture tools & models. Enterprise Architecture certificate or academic equivalent, or actively pursuing a certificate in enterprise architecture. Comprehensive knowledge of DOTMLPF. Strong oral and written communications skills.

Job Title:   Reserve Component/Maneuver Captain’s Career Course (RC/MCCC) Instructor
Department:  Operations
Reports to:  Corporate Program Manager
Location:  Ft Benning, Georgia
FLSA Status:  Exempt
Openings:  (1) Instructor Team Lead and, (2) Instructors 
Job Summary: 

A Maneuver Captain’s Career Course (MCCC) Instructor provides realistic, performance oriented training curriculum using an approved program of instruction to Reserve Component students during non-resident and resident sessions.  The RC/MCCC Instructor provides realistic, performance oriented training curriculum using an approved program of instruction.  The Instructor delivers training in one of the following methods:  class room, individual hands on, simulated, during field training, at distant learning locations or during training exercises.  The RC/MCCC Instructor prepares programs of instruction, delivers training, evaluates and assesses student performance, prepares training materials, coordinates training support, establishes the classroom environment, and provides mentorship to students.  A RC/MCCC Instructor must meet training, technical and tactical certification of course content and document experience level requirements of the courses they are contracted to deliver.  Instructors must maintain current knowledge of emerging technological advances in equipment, weapon systems, and Tactics Techniques and Procedures (TTPs). 

 

 QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must have an active secret clearance.
  • Must have prior military experience.
  • Honorable discharged from active duty (separation from service not greater than 48 months prior to the start of period of performance).
  • Held an Infantry, Artillery, or Armor MOS at time of discharge. (11A/ 13A/19A)  
  • Must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Must be a graduate of the Armor, Field Artillery, or Infantry Captain’s Career Course.
  • Must be a graduate of ILE/CGSC. 
  • Must have company commander experience.
  • Must have basic working knowledge of Windows Operating System (Word, Power point, Excel).
  • Must have working knowledge of TRADOC Regulation 350-70, System Approach to Training Management, Processes and Products, March 1999.

 DESIRED EXPERIENCE: 

  • Recent/relevant deployment experience in support of OIF/OEF is desired.
  • Experience as a Training Developer or Combat Developer is desired.
  • Working knowledge of FM 5.0 is desired.
  • Certification from the Basic Army Instructor Course is desired.
  • Experience as an Army instructor is desired.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communications skills both written and oral.
