JOB SUMMARY: An Assignment Oriented Training (AOT) Instructor provides realistic, performance oriented training curriculum using an approved program of instruction during a 2 week course of instruction to a group of approximately 24 students. The AOT Instructor will also teach the Call for Fire portion of the BOLC-B course when not engaged in AOT instruction. The AOT Instructor delivers training using one of the following methods: class room, individual hands on, simulated, during field training, at distant learning locations or during training exercises. The Instructor prepares programs of instruction, delivers training, evaluates and assesses student performance, prepares training materials, coordinates training support, establishes the classroom environment, and provides mentorship to students. Instructors must maintain competence as Fire Support Platoon NCO at all times, and maintain current knowledge of emerging technological advances in equipment, weapon system, and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP). An AOT Instructor serves as either a primary or assistant instructor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have an active secret clearance.
- Must have an associate’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience.
- Must be capable of operating and teaching students operations of the BFIST (25mm machine gun, 7.62 machine gun, Forward Looking Infrared (FLIR), lightweight laser designator range finder, vector, and other target identification systems as they are introduced to the Army.
- Must be competent in teaching from the following Field Manuals: FM 6-30, FM 6-20, and FM 3-09.8 chapter 3.
- Must be a graduate of the Advanced Non-Commissioned Officer Course or equivalent course.
- Must have served in the US Army or Marine Corps as a gunnery sergeant or platoon sergeant. Recent/relevant deployment experience in support of OIF/OEF is desired.
- Must have a certification from the Basic Army Instructor Course or possess the ability to achieve one.
- Must be proficient with MS Office computer programs (Word, Power point, Excel).
- Must be knowledge of all pre-requisite military regulations and doctrine regarding military training.
- Must have 5+ years experience in the military specialty being taught.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Computer Based Training Specialist works with courseware production team to design, develop, revise and validate interactive computer based courseware. This specialist uses specialized computer software and/or hardware to develop, integrate and edit instructional text, audio, graphics, animation and video for interactive presentations. This person also uses appropriate programming/branching logic and screen layout and remediation/feedback techniques. The Worker also implements quality control and review and revision procedures throughout the courseware development process - COMPUTER BASED TRAINING SPECIALIST/INSTRUCTOR (SCA CODE 15050)
Plans, develops, coordinates and provides Programs of Instruction (POI) for Army Battle Command System (ABCS) System of Systems (SoS) equipment. Primary duties include execution of the development of a Program of Instruction for Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS. Develop lesson plans IAW Army Regulations based on a detailed front-end training needs analysis. Training packages developed will address new operator, sustainment, and leader training. Upon completion of training development, will execute training sessions and develop the criteria for successful completion by trained personnel. May utilize and instruct trainers’ w/technical expertise. Continuously revises lesson plans to meet training requirements and keep BFT/FBCB2 courses abreast of emerging technology. Instructor duties will include preparation of training materials, determination of methodology, and coordination in the development and use of training aids. In addition, conducts formal training for US Army personnel in all facets of staff integration and battle captain skills. This includes mentoring and conducting After Action Reviews of staff personnel at the battalion and brigade level. Evaluates training materials, procedures and makes or recommends revisions to keep the course abreast of software, hardware, and emerging doctrine. Maintains class records, writes, administers and scores tests for certification when required.

JTAC/JFO instructors/operators coordinate and recommend input in both written and digital format to the Joint and Combined Integration (JACI) Director, for distribution to FORSCOM, TRADOC and Air Combat Command to ensure the POI is current and incorporates the latest TTPs. The JTAC/JFO instructors/operators make recommendations in both written and digital format to the JACI Director concerning current developments in Joint Close Air Support (JCAS), Forward Air Control (FAC), and Terminal Air Control (TAC) procedures for input to all applicable Joint, Army, and Special Operations-related publications. JOB SUMMARY:
A Program Manager has full authority to manage and direct the efforts of the workforce. The Program Manager ensures the quantitative and qualitative requirements of the Performance Work Statement are met and performed in accordance with the published quality control plan. The Program Manager ensures adequate staffing, and maintains a consolidated listing of all contractor personnel by qualifications, education level, and certification. The Program Manager will supervise, develop management plans, direct, coordinate, and review the work of contractor personnel involved in the execution the United States Army Fires Center of Excellence (FCOE). This work includes managing contractor and subcontractor performance during the conduct of Concept and Capabilities projects, training development, doctrine development, organizational development of requirements of the USAFCOES, training instruction, training coordination, developing simulations and scenarios, and knowledge management. The Program Manager ensures the quality delivery training material, training products, and training instruction. The Program Manager facilities the development of doctrine, programs of instruction, and strategies. The Program Manager interfaces directly with the customer and ensures quality delivery of all products and services. The Program Manager ensures maximum utilization of the available assets and skills to efficiently accomplish the assigned mission. The Program Manager furnishes advice, interprets policies, and serves as a consultant to management. The doctrine writer reviews existing and or Joint, Allied, Multi-Service and Army doctrine and prepares revisions, and updates after conducting thorough research and analysis of deployment operations. Additionally, the technical writer reviews lessons learned and after action reviews and revises current doctrine. The Technical Writer develops, revises, and edicts doctrine and publishes it via paper publications, electronic, or web-based media.

Job Title: Knowledge Management Advisor Department: Operations Reports to: Program Manager Location: Fort Sill, OK Job Summary:The Knowledge Management Advisor (KMA) is responsible to provide Knowledge Management Support Services (KMSS) to the FCoE Staff, Field Artillery School, Air Defense School, and Fires Warfighters. The sustainment of current and emerging Knowledge Management (KM) support is a critical enabler to accomplish all FCoE Missions. The objective of Knowledge Management is to provide the FCoE Leadership, Support Staff, FA and ADA Schools, and Warfighters with relevant knowledge and dynamic information at the right time to support decision making, and leadership training. Essential Functions: · Knowledge of the Organizations within the FCoE including the Command Structure and Functions. · Attends all scheduled Command/Staff level meetings with the Organizations to which they are appointed. · Participates in KM meetings to learn firsthand how effective or non-effective the KM applications are at achieving desired knowledge exchanges between the generating and operating Units and local FCoE Staff Members. · Contributes to KM objectives by understanding the Leadership and Soldier needs for KM solutions and will be required to assist with the development of content that is focused on collaboration within the functional domains. · Working knowledge of Army Knowledge Online (AKO), Battle Command Knowledge Systems (BCKS), local public websites, SharePoint, and Social Media applications. · Ensure KM media sites achieve the Field Artillery and Air Defense Schools Unit objectives. · Sustain existing KM applications top level pages and provide analysis, design, development, integration, testing, and implementation of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to other communities at the FCoE on Fort Sill, OK. · Conducts ongoing analysis of content delivered to targeted Communities through the KM application portals to determine if the current content is consumed and is relevant to their knowledge requirements. · Works with supported Organizations to develop and disseminate relevant content that is geared to the targeted Community. · Monitors target audience interfacing with the KM applications and provides feedback on how to enhance Users’ experience. · Monitors use of explicit and tacit information exchanges on KM applications and develops reports that permit Leadership to adjust media types that are more responsive to the desires of the targeted audiences. · Collects and analyzes feedback and/or questions from general and specific surveys and provides a summary report to the FCoE Chief Knowledge Officer with recommended courses of action based on trends or common themes. · Provides recommendations for changes to better achieve desired KM outcomes to support Knowledge Domain Owners, such as the Directorate of Training and Doctrine Development (DOTD), Joint and Combined Integration (JACI) Office, Strategic Communications Office (STRATCOM), Non-Commissioned Officers Academy (NCOA) Capabilities Development and Integration Directorate (CDID), FA and ADA School, and Commandants and Training Brigades.
