TechWise started over 23 years ago as an IT training and software consulting company. Since then, it has grown and diversified into a multi-national government, military, and business consulting and services organization with headquarters in both the United States and the United Arab Emirates.

Shawnee Starr

Chief Executive Officer

Shawn Starr is the founder and CEO of the TechWise Group of Companies.  She grew up in Texas and graduated from Baylor University in Computer Science.  She has combined her skills at analytical problem solving and her passion for building high performing teams to create an International Group of Companies helping both defense and commercial companies improve performance.  She has led teams across the world focused on analyzing problems related to capability development, corporate efficiencies, human learning, and retention.  She was personally recognized by the United States President George W. Bush in 2009 at the White House, as the Colorado Small Business Person of the Year. Her companies have delivered on over 1000 contracts world wide with testimonials across the globe. With over 20 years of training and consulting experience in the Technology and Defense sectors, Shawnee has developed TechWise into a recognized integrator and management consulting firm.  Her unique ability to build and manage high performing teams and professional relationships across many different domains, as well as her excellent business acumen, has earned her and TechWise success and recognition in equal measure.

Matthieu Isaia

President

Matthieu is from Monaco, studied in London and Los Angeles. Having lived and worked in Monte Carlo, Dubai, Los Angeles, London, and Prague, Matthieu brings a truly cosmopolitan and global perspective to his Business Development and Management perspective. He has been living and working in Dubai for over 10 years. Matthieu has over 20 years of experience in International Business Development, Management and Consulting, and Corporate Leadership. Leveraging his expertise across multiple financial and business sectors— Defense, Aviation, Private and Commercial Real-Estate Development, Investment and Transactional Relationships, Multi-Media Development, information and technology development and transfers—Matthieu has designed and executed successful business strategies at all levels of economic, financial, and corporate activity. For the past decade, Matthieu has provided the deep knowledge and forward guidance that has enabled firms from all around the world to successfully and profitably enter the Dubai and Middle East markets. Matthieu Isaia is a citizen of the world and a global business leader who is an expert at navigating and managing the increasingly complex and integrated economic, financial, and political international system.

Michelle has over 15 years experience working with entrepreneurs and business leaders in various sectors creating solutions to build their businesses and improve their business outcomes. In addition to her extensive expertise with startup accelerators and business strategy development, Michelle has a passion for helping organizations think about growth in new ways to facilitate successful innovation and drive new levels of results.
